Convenient online / virtual counseling option
for women and couples on the go

You’re already busy. Getting the support you need shouldn’t involve battling traffic.

Virtual therapy provides a great option to get help in the privacy of your home, cabin, or office.

And relationship and EMDR therapy is just as effective online as it is in-person.

How does virtual therapy work?

Online therapy works similar to in-person therapy, except you can be comfy sitting in your office or home.

Virtual therapy is done over a secure, HIPAA-compliant video service. All you need is a private space, a computer, tablet, or phone, and a strong internet connection (or cell service).

Prior to your therapy session, you will get an email/text with a private link. You click the link and voila, you’re in session. (If you’re joining on a phone, there will be a one time download.)

What does online / virtual counseling help with?

Any issue addressed in an in-person therapy session, can also be addressed in a virtual therapy session.

This includes EMDR therapy to heal childhood trauma, affair recovery, couples working on reconnecting in couples therapy. Working through loss and grief, and healing post-break up, plus many more issues that can be addressed with therapy.

Many clients like online therapy because they can take care of themselves post-session without the need to drive home or back to the office.

Is online therapy effective?

A resounding Yes!
Research shows (and I have found) that virtual counseling is just as effective as in-person therapy. In fact, online therapy allows you to be more comfortable and at ease because you’re in a familiar environment.
