I offer both in-person and online therapy sessions.
In-person couples, individual, EMDR sessions, and intensives are held at the Shoreview office. Virtual therapy sessions are available statewide in Minnesota.
Therapy appointments are available Monday through Thursday. Intensives are available on Fridays.
All sessions are private pay.

There is no receptionist at the Empower You Therapy office - come in, help yourself to refreshments, and have a seat. I’ll come get you at your counseling appointment time.
