I offer both in-person and online therapy sessions.
In-person counseling sessions are held at the Shoreview office.
Virtual therapy sessions are available statewide in Minnesota.
Therapy appointments are available Monday through Thursday.
Intensives are also available on Fridays.You need to be 18 or older for us to work together.
All sessions are private pay / out of pocket. Superbills provided if needed.

What to Expect When You Arrive
There is no receptionist at the Empower You Therapy office - come in, help yourself to refreshments, and have a seat. I’ll come get you at your counseling appointment time.
